Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Pasta

7.5 hours total cook time. Feeds 8.

Ingredients:

  • 3LBs frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ C vegetable or chicken broth
  • 12oz bottle Franks Hot Sauce
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 2 8oz packages cream cheese
  • 4oz blue cheese
  • 4 celery sticks, sliced thin
  • 1 16oz box rotini pasta

Directions:

  • Put chicken breasts, broth, hot sauce and butter into a slow cooker and cook on high for 6 hours.
  • After 6 hours, remove the lid, shred the chicken, add the cream cheese and blue cheese.
  • Replace the lid and cook 1 more hour on high.
  • After an hour, stir the chicken and cheese to blend.
  • Cook pasta on the stove according to package directions.
  • Slice the celery while the pasta is cooking, add it to the slow cooker and stir to combine.
  • Drain the pasta, add to the slow cooker, stir, and serve.
