Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Pasta
7.5 hours total cook time. Feeds 8.
Ingredients:
- 3LBs frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts
- ½ C vegetable or chicken broth
- 12oz bottle Franks Hot Sauce
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 2 8oz packages cream cheese
- 4oz blue cheese
- 4 celery sticks, sliced thin
- 1 16oz box rotini pasta
Directions:
- Put chicken breasts, broth, hot sauce and butter into a slow
cooker and cook on high for 6 hours.
- After 6 hours, remove the lid, shred the chicken, add the
cream cheese and blue cheese.
- Replace the lid and cook 1 more hour on high.
- After an hour, stir the chicken and cheese to blend.
- Cook pasta on the stove according to package directions.
- Slice the celery while the pasta is cooking, add it to the
slow cooker and stir to combine.
- Drain the pasta, add to the slow cooker, stir, and
serve.
