A variety of overnight oat recipes
Have on hand
- Seven or so 15 or 16oz wide mouth jars with a lid. Tostitos salsa/queso jars work well for me.
- 64oz of milk (cow, oat, almond, coconut, rice, soy, whatever you like) OR water
- 42oz Canister of rolled (Old Fashioned) oats
- 12oz bag of chia seeds, flax seeds, or hemp hearts. I like chia because of their thickening properties.
