The tastiest potato salad. Ever.
Ingredients
5 LBS red or gold potatoes
12 hard boiled eggs
1 jar Clausen Garlic Dill Pickles
1-2 C Hellman's Mayonnaise
1/4 C Deli Mustard
1 TBS Garlic Powder
1 TBS Onion Powder
Salt
Pepper
Directions
- Peel potatoes and cut into bite size chunks
- Boil potatoes in heavily salted water until tender
- Drain and chill potatoes until cool
- Chop eggs and add to potatoes (a mushroom slicer works great for this, slice, flip and slice, perfect dice!)
- Chop pickles into chunks and add to potatoes
- Pour about 1/4 C pickle juice into potato mixture
- Add onion and garlic powder
- Pepper to taste
- Mix in mustard
- Mix in mayo
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving
